COSMIK SOUND FULL MOON OVERNIGHT GONG EXPERIENCE

Overnight from 8pm Saturday, February 8th to 8:30am Sunday 9th at the Jodo Mission at Laupahoehoe Point.
The evening will start with light breathwork before settling in for a two hour Gong Bath which will transition into sleep. During this and the morning Gong Bath Suelang will carry out energy work on individuals using tuning forks directly on your body and within your energetic field. Intermittent Gonging and sound sessions including Crystal Bowls, Tuning Forks, the Ocean Drum and more will take place throughout the night. We will awaken to an hour long, sunrise Gong Meditation and closing circle.
The experience will end at Laupahoehoe Point where we will enjoy a possible swim and breakfast of PoiFect Tropical Fruit Bowls and Hot Golden Olena Tea provided by Sea Dandelion Cafe.
- Eat dinner before coming, dinner will NOT be provided

Arrive between 6:30-7:30pm Saturday evening.
- Evening starts at 8pm.
- Experiences closes with breakfast served at Laupahoehoe Point at approximately 8:30am. Feel free to depart anytime after.
Please Bring:
- A mat and any pillows, blankets, and warm sleepwear you'll need to sleep comfortably through the night. It does get cold here so pack accordingly. Camping pads work great.
- Water
- Light Snacks
- A cup or mug and a spoon
- Swim wear - if you plan on swimming
Breakfast will be catered by Sea Dandelion Cafe
