COSMIK SOUND EVENT SCHEDULE

ALL EVENTS are a mix of Gongs and Crystal Bowls unless otherwise stated. Using my 10+ years of experience, I will gently lead you into deepened meditative states where your bodies intuition will take over and do whatever it needs to do to create balance for itself. These are deeply powerful, relaxing, and healing spaces.
Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow, or anything you may need to lay comfortably and bathe in a ocean of sound.
All classes, unless otherwise indicated, are DONATION BASED, there is a suggested donation but as always, leave what you can!
Kids 7 and over are welcome as long as they can lay quietly and respect the experience of others.
PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 5-10 MIN EARLY TO SETTLE IN
WE WILL START PROMPTLY AT THE LISTED START TIME
TO RESPECT THE SETTLED SPACE FOR THOSE ON TIME,
PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE SPACE AFTER I'VE STARTED THE SOUND PORTION OF THE EVENT
