Policies and Returns

At Cosmik Love Jewelry I personally handmake every piece with Love and Aloha. My products are not cast or mass produced and natural irregularities may occur. As much detail as possible is shown and given in my product descriptions. If you'd like any additional information before purchasing please feel free to contact me. Please also note that my jewellery is made from natural elements like crystals and shells which are delicate. Care must be taken when they are being worn. Cosmik Love Jewelry is not responsible for crystals or shells that break from mistreatment or overuse.

I take great care in packing and shipping every piece. If a piece is damaged upon arrival due to postal transit please, contact me as soon as possible, so I can file a claim with the USPS. Photographs of the item and packaging are required for the claim, packaging materials also must be saved for USPS.

I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, I offer store credit for the amount of the piece, not including shipping and tax. Simply contact me and send the piece back. All returned pieces must be in NEW condition without any evidence of wear and tear. Upon inspection of the piece(s), I will give you store credit via a discount code applied at checkout for the amount credited to use in the future. You are responsible for paying for the shipping of the new piece. I reserve the right to deny exchanges on any returned piece that I feel shows evidence of wear and tear. Pieces must be returned in NEW condition. 

*NO EXCHANGES WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER 30 DAYS OF SHIPPING DATE.

*NO EXCHANGES ON SPREAD THE LOVE PIECES. This is because a portion of the profits are donated to designated causes. Thank you for supporting! 

Please take careful note of sizing when ordering. Cosmik Love Jewelry does not resize. 

Please note all sale and discounted pieces are FINAL. No exchanges will be considered.
